YOU MUST BRING WITH YOU:

- 5lb bag of all purpose flour (unbleached or bleached)

- large mixing bowl

- wide mouth quart jar

- scraper/spatchula

- tea towel/dish towel 

- 1 and 1/4 measuring cups 

Optional items: apron, notebook, & pen
