Join cozy co. & Getaway Motor Cafe for an evening of creativity, coziness & candle-making where you get to do the making (with guidance every step of the way)! At this hands-on workshop, hosted by Nena Wilen, the owner & candlemaker of cozy co., you get to choose your candle scent & your vessel to create a beautiful candle with your personal touch & label. Enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or craft cocktail while you create!

After the workshop, you will leave your candle with us here at The Getaway Motor Cafe to cure, picking it up any time after November 8th.

Let’s clean up our community! 

We’ll be picking up trash and debris from the roadside between downtown Carver and Jonathan Carver Parkway. Everything is provided, you just show up (vests, bags, rubber gloves)!

We’ll meet at Getaway at 9 a.m., go over a few details, and depart by 9:15 a.m. 

Volunteers receive complimentary drip coffee and an old-fashioned donut from Cardigan Donuts ☕️🍩

Please join us to create a step-by-step autumn-themed painting! The ticket price includes the use of all necessary paint supplies and aprons, instruction by a professional and friendly local artist, and a 16×20 gallery-wrapped canvas!

Wine and Canvas is an entertainment event much like a concert, dinner theater, or movie theater. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your transaction. Wine and Canvas has a 48-hour cancellation policy; with 48 hours’ notice we will reschedule or refund your registration. • Angry Goat: Red sauce, three cheese blend blueberry goat cheese, crushed red pepper, bacon & arugula

• Harvest Pizza: Apple, Brie, Bacon, Caramelized onion, topped with Hot honey Chili Peach sauce

• Olive Pizza: Portobello Mushrooms, black olive, green olives, kalamata olives, fresh oregano, fresh basil

Dessert

• Harvest Brownie: Gooey spiced brownie topped with a spiced buttercream

Wine & Canvas is hosting a private step-by-step painting class at Getaway Motor Cafe. You will get to create your own masterpiece with ease! W&C is locally owned and operated by a few artists who started out just like you. This is not just a paint class; it is art entertainment! You can expect to sip your favorite wine or cocktail from Getaway’s Menu, tap into your creativity, and just enjoy a laugh with friends!
